An Introduction to Enterprise Coaching, Marketing Enterprise and a new workshop Approaches to Enterprise are scheduled to take place during March 2009 in venues across the UK.
The Enterprise Growth Introduction to Enterprise Coaching workshop teaches an approach to enterprise support which begins with the principle that often individuals advise and advocate far too much and listen and enquire far too little. Enterprise Growth believes that this can weaken a client’s ability to solve their own problems and as a result actually makes them less enterprising.
Workshop participants will be presented with a tried and tested Enterprise Coaching process model and four different styles of coaching.
An Introduction to Enterprise Coaching will be held in Leeds on 18th March 2009.
Marketing Enterprise is a one day workshop designed to help delegates improve their effectiveness in attracting enterprise clients in communities with lower than usual levels of enterprise and covers:
- What is Social Marketing and why it matters to enterprise professionals
- Developing marketing collateral that might just work
- Learning from current practices
- Developing market segments that work
- Strangers, prospects and customers
- How to build a word of mouth strategy
- Using gatekeepers to reach the market
Marketing Enterprise will be held in London on 27th March 2009.
Approaches to Enterprise will introduce delegates to a number of powerful approaches to enterprise development. The workshop will provide a short introduction to each technique and its psychological grounding with an emphasis on how to put the principles into practice.
Approaches to Enterprise will be held in Leeds on 23rd March 2009.
