Award Winning Entrepreneur Speaks at North East Event

Emma Jones founder of the home business website www.enterprisenation.com and author of ‘Spare Room Start Up – how to start a business from home’ will be in the North East of England on Thursday 20th May to host a small workshop for would be entrepreneurs. 

This workshop is for anyone who is considering becoming their own boss but is just not sure where to start. You’ll discover how to:

• Come up with a business idea
• Write a business plan
• Make a sale and get known in the media/online
• Launch with technology that won’t cost a penny  
• Keep the business in balance
• Take the business online
• Achieve all this whilst still holding on to the day job!

The key presenter for the day will be Emma Jones; – attendees will receive a free copy of Emma’s new book (that will be hot off the press!) ‘Working 5 to 9 – how to start a business in your spare time.’

There will also be presentations from representatives of PayPal and e-commerce provider, Venda.com – who will be on hand to answer any questions you have on how to start and grow an online venture.

The event is being held on Thursday 20th May from 4:30pm to 9:00pm at the Village Hotel, Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle (buffet is included.)
