Work for a year with some of the country’s leading entrepreneurs

The New Entrepreneurs Foundation has been established to give 25 of the UK’s brightest entrepreneurially minded young people the opportunity to work for a year with some of the country’s leading entrepreneurs.
Spend a year working with a successful entrepreneur and their senior management team, supporting them on many different initiatives and gaining valuable insight into how business works.

The New Entrepreneurs Foundation has been launched by a group of successful business people who are convinced that if enterprise and business are going to flourish in this country, it needs to develop and build new knowledge-based industries across a range of sectors. The aim of the Foundation is to create a new generation of outstanding entrepreneurs who will play a role in Britain’s future growth and prosperity and create new market-leading businesses.

The programme will enable those selected learn about the challenges of business from some of the most outstanding entrepreneurs in this country, such as Sir Nigel Rudd, Luke Johnson, Brent Hoberman and Charles Dunstone. Learn how to deal with risk, opportunity and changing markets. Receive training in business, strategy and finance from the senior executives of McKinsey, Diageo, Deloitte and a number of leading business schools. It will include a combination of work experience with a successful entrepreneur and a programme of training with significant business leaders and world-famous entrepreneurs will provide unique networking opportunities.
